We kindly request that you notify us at least 48 hours in advance if you need to cancel your appointment.

Cancellations made within 24 hours will incur a $50 fee per appointment. If you cancel within 5 hours or less, you will be charged 100% of the service fee.

We will send a confirmation text the day before your appointment. Please consider potential traffic delays and allow a 20-30 minute leeway to accommodate your schedule.

Gift Card Policy: Gift cards expire 1 year from the purchase date without exceptions. To ensure you enjoy your gift, please redeem it promptly to avoid expiration. Thank you for your understanding.
